For Angelo Abbenante, the restaurant business has always been home. He grew up inside his family’s Lynora’s in Lake Worth, where childhood meant rolling pasta with his father, doing homework between tables, and, on late nights, falling asleep alongside his brother on bags of pizza flour while his parents finished closing the restaurant.
Raised in a family of restaurateurs with roots in Ponza, Italy, Angelo learned the business from the inside out. He developed an early appreciation for great food, genuine service, and the details that shape how a place feels—lessons that continue to influence everything he creates today.
What began as his family’s way of life became his own. Angelo has carried those early experiences with him throughout his career, preserving the warmth and character he grew up with while bringing his own perspective to the restaurants and concepts he creates.
